The media group strives to create authentic connections between forward-thinking brands and their diverse audience to inspire genuine engagement. Our partnerships business develops meaningful LGBTQ campaigns with leading brands.
The brand exists over a number of mediums including the flagship print magazine, gaytimes.co.uk, content channels and social media - with the largest social platform of any queer media brand globally.
This year - we will be publishing the 500th issue of Gay Times Magazine, executing our biggest year ever in the PR and Marketing space.

You will be absolutely essential in the successful facilitation and delivery of brand partnership and media campaigns for Gay Times Group during the term. Your role will involve providing broad base campaign management, workflow ownership and administrative support across multiple projects both external and internal.
You must be available to begin in mid-July. The duration of the initial fixed term is 8 weeks with opportunity to extend.
On a day to day basis you will:
Work closely with our Partnerships team to ensure client briefs are orchestrated and executed on time and within budget.
Create new project plans and deliver them to an exceptional degree of accuracy
Support Project lead on all tasks/activities as required including owning workflow management.
Collating and coordinating Partner requirements as directed
Managing / assisting with various events, both internal and in cooperation with 3rd parties
Liaise across all internal areas to ensure a joined up approach on delivery, attending team meetings as and when required
Delegate responsibilities to internal team stakeholders, ensuring all delivery times are met
Required Skills + Experience
Who you are:
You should have an extensive knowledge of project management and partnership delivery as well as an understanding of Gay Times and the LGBT+ community
Expertise and a track record of delivery of integrated media/brand campaigns
Experience within/working with media agencies
Expertise and experience in supporting busy, multi-disciplinary teams
The ability to communicate professionally and work confidently and effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
Good interpersonal skills – a flexible approach and the ability to work well within and across teams
Strong organisational skills – the ability to proactively prioritise, plan and schedule multiple tasks and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Experience of working on LGBT+ events and with LGBT+ businesses is advantageous
A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and consult where appropriate
Experience of budget management and financial process

The Ideal Candidate Has:
A bachelor's degree or entrepreneurial street cred
High degree of experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and other planning-related duties, preferably in the media/brand space.
An impressive attention to detail
Budget development and contract (SOW) writing experience
Strong communication skills
A strong understanding of creative development and asset creation processes
A cool, calm and collected approach to problem solving
Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong self-awareness and people-management skills
Understanding of relevant social media platforms and their requirements
